About me

After the loss of a loved one, I felt confused, lost, and fearful.  And while they say that time heals all wounds, I found myself whirling in clouds of past trauma, guilt and bondage.  Hypnosis was the perfect vehicle to help me see myself with clarity and compassion.  

I now bring that true acceptance to my clients.  

I am and have been a business owner (jewelry and sculpture), a sixth grade teacher a parental caregiver, a mother of two, an office worker, a creative thinker, a spiritual seeker, a reiki master, and a nutritional consultant.

In other words, I am like you; looking how best to serve.
